No, our membership plans are optional. You are not required to purchase a membership plan to use our services.

Post Production aims to simplify the hurdles photographers would face, both before and after editing. We help create your catalogues if needed, take care of file transmission between Dropbox and your hard drive, sorting photos according to temporal and spatial order, and uploading photos to an online gallery of your choosing.

No, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order has been placed or requested. Because our services are custom and begin shortly after images are received we’re unable to issue refunds or cancellations. That being said, we will do our best to resolve any issues or make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction on your edits.

Yes we do! Contact us through email regarding your video editing needs.

We can send you TIFF, JPGS and or PNGS. If you don’t requested a specific file format when you place your order we will automatically send you a high resolution jpg.
Please not we do not provide open layered PSD’s or TIFF’s.

Your edited images will be in your folder for a minimum of 3 weeks. After 3 weeks we may delete your files. After you receive your order back your edited images on your own personal server, Dropbox or hard drives.

You have 3 weeks to request any changes or adjustments on any order. Failure to alert Galexia Editing to any concerns within 3 weeks of the order completion date is considered confirmation that the work is satisfactory and all of Galexia Editing’s responsibilities regarding this order have been dutifully fulfilled.
