Welcome to Galexia Editing. By using our website, services, or engaging our photo editing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. Services
Galexia Editing (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional photo editing services, which may include:
Color correction
Retouching (skin, objects, background elements)
Background editing or removal
Cropping/resizing
Frequency separation
Stylized edits or creative direction (upon request)
Any other photography post-production services offered on our website
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Orders & Project Details
When submitting files for editing, clients (“you”) must provide:
High-quality files (RAW, high-res JPG)
Clear instructions and references for the desired edits
Any adjustments or revision requests all at once per project
All project details, including number of images, delivery format, resolution, and turnaround time, will be mutually agreed upon before the start of work.

3. Payment Terms
All services are payable as specified in the invoice or agreement.
Payment methods include Stripe.
We reserve the right to suspend or delay delivery of any work until payment is received in full.
4. Revisions
Standard revisions (if included) are defined per project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges per image or per hour.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate service, clients must:
Provide clear and complete instructions
Submit all required files in the requested format
Respond promptly to communications to prevent delays
Confirm any approvals in writing where required
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in extended turnaround times or additional fees.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, all final edited images belong to the client.
Galexia Editing may use selected edited images on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. If you prefer that we do not use your images for promotion, you must notify us in writing before delivery.
Respond promptly to communications to prevent delays
Unpaid projects remain the property of Galexia Editing and will not be delivered or used by the client until payment is received in full.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project private and secure. This includes any images, instructions, and business details.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before work begins with a full refund minus any incurred costs.
Once work has commenced, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, factoring in time and resources already spent.
Refunds for completed work or fully delivered projects are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Galexia Editing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We are not responsible for loss, delays, or errors caused by technical failures, client-side equipment, or miscommunications.
Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the affected project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
